The exhibit hall is located in Broadmoor A in the Broadmoor Hall building.

Exhibit Table Specifications
Each exhibitor is provided (1) or (2) 6’ tables based on your sponsorship:
- Items Provided: 6’ skirted table (6' x 30" x 30") , two chairs per table. The average booth size is 8 x 8.
- Note: The booth area is in the open exhibit hall and there is not pipe and drape or other items separating the spaces.
If you require AV or electrical, please see the forms below and coordinate directly.
NOTE:
- You can bring extra help to set up and break down your table, but only registered attendees with proper credentials are allowed in the area during the forum.
- Be sure to bring your own packing materials for return shipments.
- Exhibitors are responsible for securing their exhibit materials at the close of each day.
- Storage will not be provided at the Forum. Exhibitors can store items under the exhibit table and/or in your hotel room.
- Booths should be staffed for the duration of the conference. There may be an increase in traffic during the below times when meals and breaks are allocated.
- Wednesday, May 15: 8:00 – 11:00 AM, 12:30 – 2:30 PM, 4:00 – 5:30 PM
- Thursday, May 16: 8:00 – 8:50 AM, 11:20 – 11:30 AM, 12:30 – 12:45 PM, 2:30 – 4:00 PM
- Friday, May 17: 8:15 - 9:00 AM, 9:45 – 10:15 AM, 11:45 AM – 12:00 PM
RENTALS
SHIPPING INFORMATION
Due to compliance purposes and maintaining data integrity the Broadmoor Business Center / FedEx on property will not accept your credit card / payment in advance of your arrival. To help expedite the delivery of your materials please do the following:
Fill out this form with your shipment and tracking information when available. This will allow us to help flag items for the event.
Upon arrival to the Broadmoor:
Check-in with FedEx to pay shipping and handling fees for your shipment. See below for hours and locations:
- Monday, May 13 - 9:00 AM – 7:00 PM: Proceed to the Business Center / FedEx Office located in the Broadmoor Main Lobby.
- Tuesday, May 14 – 10:00 AM – 6:00 PM: Proceed to Broadmoor Hall A to connect with FedEx outside of our exhibitor space.
- Wednesday, May 15 - 9:00 AM – 7:00 PM: Proceed to the Business Center / FedEx Office located in the Broadmoor Main Lobby
FedEx has office on-site at the Broadmoor that handles all the shipment receiving and handling for the hotel. You can ship using any carrier you like – you do not have to use FedEx.

It is important that all your shipments be labeled correctly to ensure proper handling of your packages. You should aim to have your shipments arrive at the hotel between Thursday, May 9 – Monday, May 13.
Post-Event Shipping
- FedEx will be available in the exhibit hall to support your post event shipping needs. If you are able to ship through FedEx, please ensure you have a label or your account number for billing.
- If you choose to ship via USPS, your packages will be picked up by the correct company courier.
- If you choose to use another courier company, you must make arrangements to have them pick up your shipments from the Business Center / FedEx office.
Forum App
Whova is the official event app for the 2024 WPO Entrepreneurial Excellence Forum.
To maximize your sponsorship opportunity, finish filling out your profile on Whova. A link to access your company profile has already been sent via email as of April 2024.
We have already populated some of your company information, so feel free to continue crafting a compelling presentation of your products and services to attract more visitors to your booth. Please spend 3 minutes adding your booth details to the exhibitor portal, which you should have received via email.

HOTEL RESERVATIONS
Currently, The Broadmoor is sold out over our forum dates.
To be placed on our waitlist, please call The Broadmoor 1-855-634-7711 and reference the Women Presidents Organization (WPO) EEF event. Rates start at $339 USD per night.
To book a room at the Cheyenne Mountain Resort, please email Amanda Debevec at amanda.debevec@cheyennemountain.com to secure a room at the Cheyenne Mountain Resort. The room rate is $259++ per night.
- A shuttle will be available to / from the Broadmoor during the forum dates. The shuttle will loop every 20 minutes on the following days:
- Wednesday, May 15th: 10:30 AM pick up from Cheyenne + on rotation until 6:30 PM
- Thursday, May 16th: 6:50 AM pick up from Cheyenne + on rotation until 10:00 PM
- Friday, May 17th: 7:50 AM pick up from Cheyenne + on rotation until 12:00 PM
WPO has identified the Hyatt Place Colorado Springs as an overflow hotel option:

- Room Rate: $149 USD + taxes and fees
- Cancellation Policy: To cancel your room without penalty attendees must cancel (2) days prior to their arrival.
- Currently, no shuttle transportation will be provided to / from the Broadmoor.

Exhibit Hall Terms & Conditions
- Exhibitor table assignments will be made by WPO. WPO reserves the right to make changes to table assignments as needed. WPO reserves the right to make alterations to exhibitor spaces if deemed necessary in the best interest of the Forum.
- Damage to property caused by an Exhibitor will be paid for by that Exhibitor. DO NOT paint, tape, nail, screw, drill, or tack anything to the tables, walls, columns, floors, or ceiling of the building. Any damage caused by the Exhibitor to another Exhibitor's property will also be paid for by the Exhibitor responsible for causing the damage.
- Exhibitors must operate and maintain their designed area so that no injury will result to any person or property. All Exhibitors are strongly urged to obtain full-coverage temporary insurance for their merchandise and displays while in transit and at the Forum.
- Each Exhibitor shall indemnify and hold harmless WPO and the Forum location for all liability that might ensure from any cause including accident or injury to invitees, guests, sponsors, exhibitors, their agent, and employees; including loss or damage to personal property.
- WPO is not responsible for goods that are stolen or broken at any time or for lost shipments sent for the Forum.
