What challenges have you faced as a woman in business?

Running a multigenerational, women-led business comes with the challenge of honouring legacy while driving innovation. I’ve had to navigate the shift from traditional retail to digital while maintaining personalized service, lead through economic uncertainty, and balance the demands of motherhood with entrepreneurship. Working closely with family also adds a unique dynamic — requiring clear communication, mutual respect, and a shared vision to thrive.

What’s the best business advice you’ve ever received?

You can’t lead others, grow a business, or care for your family sustainably if you’re constantly running on empty. Prioritizing your well-being isn’t selfish — it’s strategic.

What lesson have you learned that you can share with other women entrepreneurs?

Legacy only thrives when you allow it to evolve. Honouring where you came from is important, but growth requires adaptation and fresh perspective. Perfection is the enemy of progress. Especially as a working mother and leader, I’ve learned that showing up consistently matters more than showing up flawlessly. People remember how you make them feel. Whether it's clients or team members, empathy and personal connection are the most powerful business tools. Know your values—and lead from them. In every decision, big or small, clarity on what matters most provides the compass. You can’t do it all—and you’re not supposed to. Delegation, trust, and rest are essential, not indulgent.

In what ways has your membership in WPO impacted your personal or professional life?

WPO has been a cornerstone of my growth as an executive — a space where I’m challenged, supported, and deeply understood. It’s where strategy meets sisterhood, and where I’ve gained the clarity and confidence to lead with purpose.

What are your goals and aspirations moving forward?

I’m here to help people reconnect with who they really are — especially women who are ready to live more boldly, honestly, and on their own terms. Through style, storytelling, and soulful leadership, I create space for growth, transformation, and clarity. I believe legacy should be meaningful and beautifully designed — whether it’s in the way we raise our families, build our businesses, or show up in the world. I want my work to spark ripple effects — to give others permission to step into their truth, live with intention, and trust their own inner knowing. This isn’t about being perfect. It’s about being real — and helping others rise by doing the same.
