The Women Presidents Organization Names Monica Coburn, Chair of Las Vegas Chapter

LEADING CEO PEER-ADVISORY ORGANIZATION EXPANDS IN LAS VEGAS, NV

LAS VEGAS, July 1, 2025 – – The Women Presidents Organization (WPO), a dynamic and diverse collective of women entrepreneurs from around the world, today announced it has named Monica Coburn as the new Chapter Chair for Las Vegas, NV. Chapter Chairs bring women business leaders from diverse, non-competitive industries together in peer learning groups where their perspectives can be understood, challenged, and refined in a confidential setting.

Monica Coburn is the Founder and President of Nevada Business Advisors, a boutique business consulting firm headquartered in Las Vegas, NV.   Prior to her current role, she worked in the banking and finance industry for over 20 years in a variety of roles including senior management and has received numerous awards throughout her career from the U.S. Small Business Administration, the National Association of Women Business Owners Southern Nevada Chapter and from the Urban Chamber of Commerce for Women in Politics and Community Service.  In 2023, she was the recipient of the Woman Owned Small Business of the Year for the State of Nevada by the U.S. Small Business Administration.

Monica Coburn has participated as a speaker, facilitator and panelist speaking on financing and capital, and other topics for various business workshops and has also served as a Business Strategy Coach for the SBA T.H.R.I.V.E. Program, a national executive leadership for entrepreneurs administered by the U.S. Small Business Administration.

Active in the community, Monica serves on the Board of Directors for several organizations including the advisory board for Enterprise Bank & Trust, Vice Chair for the Nevada Forum for Women’s Business Enterprise Council, Vice Chair for Clark County’s Business Development Advisory Council and a board member for R3DEMPTION. Previously, she served on the board of Directors for B.E. A S.H.E.R.O. Foundation and Dress for Success Southern Nevada.
